Something in the Water

Ever wonder what could be lurking in your drinking water?  Riverside's water comes from ground water from local area wells in Bunker Hill, San Bernardino, and Riverside Basins.  But before it comes out of your tap it's tested by scientists like Janie Bernal to ensure its safe to drink.  Join us as Janie talks about the testing process and the bacteria she and others like her safeguard you from.  Learn how bacteria grows and just what could be lurking in the water.

Date - Friday, March 24, 2017

Location – Ameal Moore Nature Center, 400 Central Avenue
